The Home Roaster Coffee Club is a community for coffee lovers who share a passion for roasting. It’s a space to connect with fellow enthusiasts, share knowledge, and celebrate the art and science of home coffee roasting. Meetings take place on the first Sunday of every month at the Living Room Realty Office in Vancouver Washington

My own roasting journey began with an iron skillet over a charcoal grill—and it was rough! From there, I experimented with a popcorn popper, tried my hand with an air fryer, and am now on my current FreshRoast SR800. Over the years of experimenting with home roasting I have learned many many things and always wanted a community passionate about roasting coffee to share what I have learned, learn new things, and to share roasts with!

That’s why I created the Home Roaster Coffee Club. Here’s what it’s all about:

• Sharing and tasting: Bring your own roasts to share, and enjoy tasting others’ creations.

• Learning and growing: Discuss tips, techniques, and ideas to improve your roasting skills.

• Building community: Connect with people who are as excited about coffee as you are.

• Welcoming everyone: Whether you’re a seasoned roaster or just curious about starting, there’s a place for you here.

Think of it as a book club—but instead of pages, we roast beans. This is a place to delve into everything about coffee, celebrate its possibilities, and learn from one another.
