I met Jonathan by luck he didn't seek me nor did I seek him. I was looking to purchase my first home and fate sent him to us. Jonathan was very patient with us and answered all the questions we had. Jonathan helped me buy my first home. He had great resources for helping me get financed and he was optimistic about my plan not to overspend. When I backed away from two offers Jonathan helped me easily transition to a new listing that I ended up buying. He was patient and remained positive through out the process.
