A Single Origin coffee from Ethiopia. This region makes up the core of my Second Breakfast Blend and is my favorite region for growing coffee! Typically, Ethiopian coffees Shine with tea like floral notes when roasted light and jammy fruits like blueberry and plum when roasted dark. For this offering I go for a solid medium seeking a fruity floral marriage of the two but please let me know if you are interested in trying a roast on the lighter or darker side of this versatile bean!
