A Single Origin coffee from Ethiopia. This region makes up the core of my Second Breakfast Blend and is my favorite region for growing coffee! Typically, Ethiopian coffees Shine with tea like floral notes when roasted light and jammy fruits like blueberry and plum when roasted dark. I once had a dark roasted Ethiopia that slammed with juicy and sweet blueberry pie notes and ever since I have been chasing the dragon that is this blueberry pie in a cup! (hint, get some dried blueberries and pop one in your mouth before you take a sip of this, you won’t be sorry!)
