Elven Light is a Single Origin Peru roasted light enough to skim above the snow without sinking but strong enough to perhaps provide a slight tingle in the fingers. With notes of white tea, pine nuts, and lime zest.
Roasted in small batches by me, Jon Gould-Knight, in Portland, Oregon. I'm a local real estate broker by day, and a home roaster by obsession. Roasted fresh monthly so production and shipping times vary. Please expect 5-10 business days before the beans start on their journey.
