Intercom Newsletters

In 2020, I worked with my team at the Washington Health Care Authority (HCA) to design their Intercom newsletters, tailored for stakeholders of the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Using Adobe InDesign, I applied meticulous attention to text justification, paragraph styles, and visual hierarchy to ensure professional and engaging layouts. All imagery was either created by me or thoughtfully sourced from stock photography, aligning with HCA’s branding guidelines. These newsletters effectively communicated complex benefits information to educators and administrators, blending clarity with visual appeal to support stakeholder engagement.
